High-Level Design Goals and Objectives
  • Make our customers engaged in WA.com with feeling full-brand experiences and encourage customers to keep coming back.
  • On top of that, need to acquire new customers.
    • Access to exclusive products, contents and events.
    • A little surprise for user’s birthday.
    • Visualize the world of Westman Atelier.


Key Features
  • Easy to join/sign up Atelier insider and invite friends.
  • Create welcome video letter from Gucci to make users feel special.
  • Don’t show all the information to give users surprise later.
KPI
  • Tag the sign-up link and see how many people take the next step.
  • The growth of the enrollment list.
